Impartiality Policy Statement

CSA has been created with a strong commitment to its customers in order to provide independent and objective certification services.

We at CSA understand the importance of impartiality in providing certification activities and we are strongly committed to provide added value to our customers by keeping the impartiality policy and procedures.

To ensure that the impartiality is guaranteed and managed at CSA, we have established the following principles:

• The whole personnel of CSA are committed to ensure impartiality
• CSA DOES NOT provide any management consulting activities to companies and individuals
• CSA DOES NOT have any share or interest in another companies, that provide certification, internal auditing, inspection and management system consulting activities
• CSA DOES NOT outsource audits to management system consulting companies since it is an unacceptable risk to impartiality policy
• CSA identifies all risks to impartiality and take actions to eliminate risk (if any occurs)
• CSA top management DOES NOT put pressure on the certification decision-making process
• CSA ensures all management system certification activities are conducted in an independent and impartial manner provides annual training to its employees and auditors.
• Fees of all employees of CSA DO NOT depend on the number and result of conducted audits. CSA ensure the confidentiality and safety concerning all tasks with the contracts countersigned with its employees.
